Close to our place is a great brewery that has been around for a while and recently moved.  We actually didn’t really check this place out until after the move, and we are so happy we did.   This place is obviously good for it’s beers (particularly the Flagship Red), and the food honestly is just okay but there is one gem on the menu with which we have a mild obsession.  The picture above shows a Little Jolly Royal slider, which consists of a small hamburger patty, caramelized (and possibly smoked) onions and American cheese.  American cheese doesn’t really count as cheese in most senses, but really, sometimes it is totally excusable and in this case, pretty necessary.
